Tia Armstrong is currently the Recruitment and Training Officer with the, City of Rocky Mount Fire Department where her duties are to recruit, hire and onboard those seeking a career in fireservices. A graduate of North Carolina Central University with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Tia has more than 20 years of Advertising Sales and Marketing experience but has since found her passion in assisting others in obtaining their career goals. Tia enjoys sports, nature, traveling and most importantly spending time with family.
